The flat: We offer a spacious and bright room with a fantastic view into a park and to Schlossberg. The move-in date is flexible between April 1 and May 1.Your future roommates: Elisabeth, 41: social worker, loves the city library, the organic food shop and the farmers market around the corner; dancing, hiking and cooking; likes things clean and tidy; does taiji and other mindfulness practices. Andrea, 41: music therapist, likes to take walks on Reinerkogel and around the Platte; singing, swimming and hiking; and is interested in issues concerning sustainability.WG social life: We like to eat together and spend some of our free time in the flat together (e.g. with interesting conversations or board games), but are also often out meeting friends. We love our cosy chill atmosphere ???? and enjoying the balcony on warm summer evenings. We are looking forward to meeting you!Die Wohnung: In unserer gemütlichen 3er WG ist ein großes und helles Zimmer mit traumhafter Aussicht frei. Es ist ausgestattet mit einem Kachelofen (leider nur als Zierobjekt) und Parkettboden, liegt im 4. Stock eines charmanten Altbaus und hat einen schönen Blick auf einen Park und auf den Schlossberg. Es ist möglich, die Möbel (Bett, Couch, Kasten, Kommoden) gegen Ablöse von der Vormieterin zu übernehmen oder sie für 40-50 EUR pro Monat zu mieten. Wir haben ein kleines Wohnzimmer, von dem man auch auf unseren Balkon kommt und beide schauen in den ruhigen Innenhof. Der Balkon ist nordseitig gelegen und perfekt um heiße Sommertage im Schatten zu genießen. Strassenbahn (3, 5) und Bus sind direkt unten bzw in der Nähe. Und 2mal pro Woche kann man frische Köstlichkeiten am Bauernmarkt kaufen! Das Einzugsdatum ist flexibel zwischen Anfang April und Anfang Mai.Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen: Elisabeth, 41: Sozialarbeiterin, liebt die Stadtbibliothek, den Bioladen gleich um’s Eck und den Bauernmarkt vor der Tür; geht gerne tanzen und wandern; kocht gern und hat’s gerne sauber; macht Taiji oder sonstige AchtsamkeitsübungenAndrea, 41: Musiktherapeutin; ist gerne zu Fuß am Reinerkogel und rund um die Platte unterwegs; singt, schwimmt und wandert gerne; interessiert sich für Das Thema Nachhaltigkeit.WG Sozialleben: Wir essen gerne gemeinsam und verbringen auch gerne mal unsere freie Zeit in der Wohnung, tauschen uns aus oder spielen ein Brettspiel, oder besuchen ein Konzert gemeinsam.
