The bedroom has a 160x200 cm bed, a wardrobe, and a dresser. In the living area, you’ll find a desk, couch, coffee table, and bookshelf.Both windows face a lovely green courtyard, which makes the room peaceful and quiet, and it stays comfortably cool in the summer months.The apartment is located on Schröttergasse in Geidorf, just a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride to the Karl-Franzens University campus. There are bus stops for lines 39 and 41 just 1 minute away, which take you directly to the city center or on a nice trip into the green surroundings.You’ll be sharing the flat with Anna-Sophia, a law student from Carinthia, who’s really friendly and easy-going, so I’m sure you’ll get along well! We both enjoy cooking together, sipping Aperol on the balcony, and having good chats. Die genauen Daten können wir gemeinsam abstimmen, damit es für uns beide gut passt.Das Zimmer ist 30m² groß und, wie du auf den Fotos siehst, durch einen Vorhang in einen Schlaf- und Wohnbereich unterteilt. Alle Möbel bleiben während der Zwischenmiete im Zimmer. Den Kleiderschrank und den Schreibtisch räume ich natürlich aus, damit du genug Platz hast. Im Schlafzimmer findest du ein gemütliches 160x200 Bett, einen Kleiderschrank und eine Kommode. Der Wohnbereich ist mit einem Schreibtisch, einer Couch, einem Couchtisch und einem Bücherregal eingerichtet.Die beiden Fenster gehen zu einem schönen grünen Innenhof hinaus, was das Zimmer sehr ruhig macht. Selbst im Sommer bleibt es angenehm kühl.Die Wohnung liegt in der Schröttergasse in Geidorf, von hier aus ist man in einer Viertelstunde zu Fuß oder in 5 Minuten mit dem Rad am Campus der Karl-Franzens Universität. Jeweils 1 Minute entfernt befinden sich Busstationen der Linien 39 und 41 mit denen man direkt in die Innenstadt kommt oder auch mal einen Ausflug ins grüne machen kann!Du wirst die Wohnung mit Anna-Sophia, einer lieben Jus-Studentin aus Kärnten, teilen.
